IMPORTANT: This Channel is not a system for making complaints not related to the Company, nor is it a call center, nor is it an emergency hotline, so please use the other means available to meet your requirements.
This platform has been developed by Fundación Generación Empresarial at the request of Viña Concha y Toro to encourage, facilitate, and communicate inquiries and complaints of activities that may be against law, the Code of Ethics, and Viña Concha y Toro's internal Policies and Regulations, to which our employees, suppliers, customers, investors and other stakeholders relevant to Viña Concha y Toro may be exposed.
It would be best if you take in consideration the following:
  • Viña Concha y Toro will analyze with due care all inquiries and complaints made through this site. Please make your complaint as accurate and truthful as possible, and do not intentionally include false or misleading information.
  • The intentional use of false or misleading information may give rise to civil or criminal proceedings established in accordance with the applicable law.
  • This Channel has been designed to safeguard the confidentiality of all the information provided and is managed and technologically supported accordingly by Fundación Generación Empresarial. Viña Concha y Toro is the entity responsible for analyzing, investigating, and resolving any inquiry or complaints received.
  • This service offers you the option to submit your complaint or inquiry anonymously. You will be required to set a password at the end of the procedure, and an automatic reporting code will be generated so that you can log in at any time to view the status of your complaint or inquiry. Your complaint or inquiry will always remain confidential.
The user agrees to the following:
  • To provide complete and reliable information related to the inquiry or complaint.
  • To provide and describe real facts.
  • To maintain an appropriate and respectful language.
  • Not to engage in to identity theft practices.
  • Not to publish content for which they do not have rights of use, copyright, industrial property, or other equivalent rights.
  • Not to publish content that directly or indirectly promotes arbitrary discrimination or hatred of individuals, groups and or communities.
  • To refrain from posting information that incorporates advertising, promotions, or offers of paid services, or establishes spam systems, chain mail, etc.
Likewise, the user agrees not to send, publish or transmit information of any kind that:
  • Violates treaties or laws related to copyright and industrial property in any territory.
  • Encourages the performance of dangerous activities that threatens people's physical or mental health.
  • Contains false information
  • Contains illicit, violent, degrading, or pornographic images or formats.
  • Incorporates viruses or any computer program that causes damages to the technological platform.
  • Sets up a spam (unsolicited mail systems).
  • Is against the Law, the Code of Ethics, or Viña Concha y Toro's internal Policies and Regulations.
By accepting these terms and conditions:
  • You expressly authorize Viña Concha y Toro to process your personal data provided within the framework of the complaint or inquiry made.
  • The company will safeguard compliance in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU, the Law No. 19,628, on the Protection of Privacy, and any other applicable law. So that the personal data to which it has access on the occasion of the complaint or inquiry made by the user will be intended solely and exclusively for the purposes that motivated its delivery.

Any person who works or is related to Viña Concha y Toro and its subsidiaries has the moral and legal responsibility to inform any transgression.
